Project Catalog
The catalog includes the project profiles currently offered by the startup studio. Each project has undergone research and development and is at different stages in relation to its objective. An indicative evaluation has been carried out to report the development status of each project. It assesses the progress, level of collaboration, and funding rate per project on a 5-star scale.

Clément Mahé brings essential technical and strategic expertise to the entrepreneurs of the Startup Studio. With a technical background, he has evolved towards a product and market-oriented approach, where technology primarily serves a concrete need. Engineer and founder of KLEMENTZ, he has expertise in hardware and software covering AI, automation, web development, and embedded systems. He helps the startup studio entrepreneurs structure their projects with a pragmatic vision, avoiding critical mistakes that hinder the transition from idea to market.

JONATHAN GUĂGUEN
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Jonathan Guéguen combines scientific expertise and field experience to develop impactful projects. As the founder of APALA, he leads concrete initiatives in collaboration with local authorities, universities, and businesses, developing sustainable solutions tailored to current challenges. He supports project leaders in networking, operational organization, and the realization of their initiatives. Through rigorous scientific and critical monitoring, he fosters synergy between research and action to enhance informed decision-making.

mATA’i SOUCHON
Treasurer
Mata’i Souchon provides his expertise on the plant-based food transition, his professional network in the field, and his experience as a non-profit leader and co-founder of the Economic and Social Council on the Future of Agricultural Professions. Holding a master’s degree in political science, he leads two organizations and supports several structures in their fundraising efforts and impact evaluation â particularly using tools from the effective altruism movement â as well as managing administrative, fiscal, and financial aspects.
